RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love limited edition luxury that is cut & hand sewn from the finest materials.Wearable art is amazing and we hope you enjoy everything you order from us! In the event you are unsatisfied, and your return meets the below criteria, we will gladly issue you a store credit, in the form of a gift card, for the return.

Returns
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (cannot be washed, worn, stained, smell of smoke, etc). It must also be in the original packaging with hangtags attached. Refunds are given in the form of store credit, not the original payment method.

The following types of goods are exempt from being returned: we do not accept products that are intimate (bralettes and swimwear) for sanitary reasons, sunglasses, home goods/decor, candles, jewelry, hats, gloves, headbands, mittens, consignment items, and gift cards.

Please note: Powatt does not offer refund for the difference of items previously purchased at full price that are later marked down or included in a flash sale.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale Items
All clearance items, indicated with red or black line on tag, are final sale and non-returnable.

Online Purchases
To return your product, it must received by us within the 21 day return window, and you should mail your product to: Powatt., 304 S jones Blvd,Las vegas Nevada 89107, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund/store credit, the cost of return shipping will not be included with your refund. 

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed it can only be cancelled if it has not already been fulfilled. If you receive a shipping notification, the order can no longer be cancelled.
